Besides, running regular courses for professional singers and students (see Courses), HMO is also heavily involved in educational projects in schools. The company has run educational workshops in schools around the country and is currently developing a collaboration with the Plume School, Maldon, which is intended to lead to children performing opera themselves. Other educational work (notably childrens choirs) is supported as part of the company's involvedment with The Academy of St Peter's, Vauxhall. The Academy also runs an international recital series and other concerts and both a semi-professional choir (The St Peter's Singers).

 

HMO has recently begun a collaboration with Events at Stately Homes. This sees the company running workshops and giving performances at country houses in this country and abroad.
